I firmly believe that fitness "classes," though convenient for a business to run, are one of the most ineffective ways to train. How can one workout address the needs of everyone? IT CAN'T. Our program is posted on the training board daily, and I am the first to admit that as you progress, it will not be enough, more work- by way of more reps, more weight, more sets, and / or more exercises will always be needed. Therefore we have found that having "muster times" at the gym allows for our folks to reap the benefits of a group setting, yet allow for the flexibility needed to train properly on an individual basis. If you like having partners there are usually groups starting at the following times: 7:45am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5:30pm, but remember you can come in at any time you like during business hours HOLIDAY HOURS: We never miss a workout, but we do enjoy some time off too. We are open all major holidays 8:30am - 11:30am.
